  • 1 bar chocolate, (Nestlé - dessert chocolate au caramel, 70g)
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 70 grams flour
  • 60 g suar
  • powdered sugar
  • meringue

Instructions

  1. Chop 40 g of chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Melt 130 g chocolate and place in a bowl, melt the butter and add. Add the eggs and flour and mix everything together. Finally add the sugar and the chopped chocolate.
  3. Spread the dough in a buttered and floured baking pan (24 cm) and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool down a bit, remove it from the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
  5. The fondant will be crispier if you mix some broken meringue into the batter.
