Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C (top / bottom heat). Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Mix the 2 whole eggs, 2 egg yolks, 75 g sugar and 40 g flour with a mixer. Mix the chocolate-butter mixture with the egg-sugar-flour mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into six soufflé tins or muffin tins and place in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes at 230 ° C and then serve with an ice cream ball or with vanilla sauce, depending on your taste.
