Ingredients
- 1 banana (s), sliced, frozen
- 200 g berries (forest berries), frozen
- 100 g natural yourt (3.5% fat)
- 100 g orane juice
- possibly honey or sugar
- possibly oat flakes, instant

- Put the frozen banana slices, the frozen forest berries, possibly honey or sugar and the natural yoghurt into the TM and puree on level 8 for 30 seconds. Add the orange juice and stir for another 20 seconds on speed 6. Pour into a large glass, clamp a slice of orange to the rim and serve with a straw.
- If the banana is ripe enough, you can do without sweeteners. If the smoothie is to keep you full for a long time, you can stir in one or two tablespoons of instant oat flakes.
- A serving without oatmeal is less than 400 kcal.
