Ingredients
- 250 g pasta, (fork spahetti). raw
- 1 small Can (s) peas
- 1 small Can (s) mushrooms
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 0.5 ½ ring / e meat sausage or a small. Glass poultry sausages
- 5 cucumber (s), (gherkins)
- 250 ml mayonnaise or Miracel Whip
- Salt and pepper from the mill

- Cook the noodles al dente. Cut the meat sausage into small cubes (or cut the sausages into thin slices). Peel and finely dice the hard-boiled eggs. Finely dice the gherkins.
- Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper. I always prepare the salad a day in advance and season again shortly before serving.
- If you like, you can add some cucumber juice, but that`s a matter of taste.
