Ingredients

  • 1 packet herbs for green sauce, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup soy yoghurt (yoghurt alternative), 500 g
  • 0.5 ½ glass mayonnaise without egg, approx. 100 g
  • 0.5 ½ pack soy cream (soy cream cuisine). approx. 100 g
  • 2 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 small lemon (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut fresh herbs very finely or chop them in a food processor. The freezer pack does not have to be thawed, it thaws by itself in the mixture. Chop the cucumber, dice the garlic cloves very finely and squeeze the lemon.
  2. Then mix all the ingredients together and mix in the lemon juice. Season with salt and a little pepper and let it steep overnight.
  3. Serve with jacket potatoes or fried potatoes. Fried soy strips also taste delicious.
