French Fries in the Oven with Sour Cream Sauce

Oven fries are the perfect replacement for fried potatoes. Both tasty and healthy. Especially potatoes with sour cream garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 500 g
- Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Fresh parsley – a few twigs
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into thicker strips.
- Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pour vegetable oil over the top.
Send the potatoes to the oven, preheated to a maximum temperature, for 10-15 minutes. - For the sauce, finely chop the parsley, grate the garlic or pass through a garlic press.
- Send garlic, parsley, salt to sour cream, mix. Let the sour cream garlic sauce brew for 5 minutes to dissolve the salt.
- Remove the baked potatoes from the oven and season with salt.
- The French fries are ready in the oven. Serve potatoes with sour cream sauce.
