French Meat (Pork)

French pork meat is cooked quickly and always turns out to be tasty, juicy and very appetizing.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Pork (pulp) – 800 g
  • Bulb onions – 4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 300-350 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • Greens
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Rinse the pork well, let it dry or dry well on all sides with paper towels.
  2. Cut into layers no more than 1 cm thick.
  3. Beat the meat with a hammer on both sides so that the finished meat is soft and tender. For convenience, you can wrap each piece of meat that has not yet been broken into cling film. Rub each broken piece with salt and pepper on both sides. Transfer the meat to a plate and marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Chop the onion into rings or half rings. I cover the baking dish with foil and grease with vegetable oil. I spread the onion in the first layer over the entire surface of the form. This will prevent the meat from burning.
  5. Put the meat on the onion.
  6. Pour mayonnaise on top of each layer of pork.
  7. Sprinkle each piece of meat separately with grated cheese on top of the mayonnaise. Sprinkle chopped greens on top of the cheese.
  8. You can send baked. Baking time is about 30 minutes. In an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
