French Meat With Pomegranate Sauce

We offer a recipe for juicy French-style meat with pomegranate sauce, which gives the dish an explosive sweet and sour aftertaste, revealing additional flavors.

Ingredients

  • Pork (neck) – 500 g
  • Champignons – 200 g
  • Tomatoes – 150 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Pomegranate sauce – to taste
  • Mustard beans – 40 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Refined oil – 40 g
  • Provencal herbs – 20 g
  • Salt – pinch
  • Ground black pepper
  • Lettuce leaves – for serving

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for cooking French pork.
  2. Choose a good piece of fresh pork, the neck is perfect, it is considered the most delicious, juicy and healthy part of the carcass. Wash the meat thoroughly, pat dry with a kitchen towel, chop into large portions. Then beat off with a kitchen hammer, having previously wrapped them in a plastic bag so as not to break the pulp.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare a marinade for meat by combining chopped garlic, Provencal herbs, mustard, ground pepper and salt, adjust the amount of the latter to your liking. Pour in a small portion of refined oil (it is necessary only so that the spices fit better on the meat).
  4. Coat the pork well with the prepared mixture, leave in this state for about 25 minutes, so that the meat is slightly marinated. Then put on a wide baking sheet, having previously covered with foil.
  5. Wash the tomatoes, chop into slices and place on top of the meat.
  6. First, soak the mushrooms in water to remove all the dirt, dry, finely chop and lay in a subsequent layer, season a little with salt.
  7. The final layer is crushed cheese. Load meat preparations with filling into the oven. Cooking time – 60 minutes at 180 degrees. 20 minutes before the end of the process, move the baking sheet to the highest shelf so that the cheese fries more.
  8. After removing from the oven, put the meat on a plate, after laying the salad leaves, pour abundantly with pomegranate sauce.
  9. French meat with pomegranate sauce is ready.
  10. Pork in French can be safely served at the banquet table, it has an excellent appearance, taste and aroma.
