Ingredients

  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 100 ml herbal vinegar
  • 400 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 2 teaspoons herbal salt
  • 3 teaspoons cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped dill
  • 500 ml natural yogurt

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic and place in the blender along with the mustard, oil and vinegar. Mix for about 5 minutes and then add the remaining ingredients in that order. Mix properly again. Then fill into sealable containers. The salad dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
