Ingredients
- 25 g rain, crushed (e.. wheat, rye, oats, spelled)
- 1 banana (s)
- 0.25 ¼ apple
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 pinch vanilla

- The grain is coarsely ground and soaked overnight with a little water.
- Mash the banana with a fork and coarsely grate the apple, drizzle with lemon juice. Mix all ingredients and fold in the cream.
- Can be varied with nuts, other fruits and seeds as desired.
