Ingredients

  • 4 banana (s), if available jungle bananas, (alternatively very firm bananas)
  • 2 large orange (s)
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown (alternatively white)
  • 70 g desiccated coconut
  • 70 ml wine, white (alternatively must, Federweißer or cloudy grape juice)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways and drizzle with the lemon juice.
  2. Oranges: peel one orange and cut it into cubes, squeeze one orange.
  3. Fry the bananas in a pan with the butter over medium heat, turning several times, for about 3 minutes until golden brown and keep warm!
  4. Melt the sugar in the remaining roasting fat, add the coconut flakes and fry a little. Deglaze with the orange juice and the wine and then reduce a little (reduce).
  5. Put the orange pieces in the sauce, leave them briefly and pour evenly over the bananas.
