Fried Chicken Wings

If you bought chicken wings but don’t know what to do with them, then simply fry them. Such a win-win cooking option will delight your home, because the fried wings are delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings – 900 Grams
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Soy Sauce – 70 Milliliters
  • Honey – 2 Art. spoons
  • Tomato paste – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon – 1/2 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Spices, salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken wings and remove any feathers that may have remained in them. Dry the bird with paper towels, use a sharp knife to cut each wing in the joint area in two.
  2. Heat unscented vegetable oil in a skillet with high sides. A wok is ideal, as it is most convenient for roasting meat and poultry. Put the prepared wings in a skillet, fry on all sides until golden brown.
  3. Now prepare the sauce, because without it the fried wings will not be so tasty. To do this, combine the soy sauce, tomato paste and runny honey in a bowl. Season with pepper, salt and add any spices you like. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Pour the sauce over the wings, which are fried in a pan. Reduce heat and sauté the wings with the sauce until most of the liquid has evaporated and the sauce thickens. Serve the finished wings with herbs, salad and garnish.
