Fried Ciabatta with Herbs, Figs and Cheese

To diversify the daily menu, it is enough to serve such a fried ciabatta with the main dish instead of bread.

Ingredients

  • Ciabatta (cut horizontally in half) – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil for greasing ciabatta
  • Figs (cut into halves) – 5-6 pcs.
  • Arugula (arugula) – 1 glass
  • Fetta cheese (crumbled) to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly grease the ciabatta with olive oil and place on a preheated grill. Fry until deep golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Break the ciabatta into pieces and place on a large platter. Place fig quarters, arugula leaves (arugula), and crumbled fetta cheese on top of the ciabatta pieces.
