Ingredients
- 500 g spahetti
- 400 g creamed spinach
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 5 teaspoons salt
- 20 g butter
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg

- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Then drain and mix with the butter.
- In the meantime, defrost the creamed spinach and heat it with the nutmeg.
- Fry the fried eggs.
- Arrange the creamed spinach on the plates as a mirror, shape the spaghetti into nests and place on the spinach mirror, place a fried egg on top of each and serve.
