  • 500 g mushrooms (forest mushrooms)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the mushrooms, drain and then cut into strips. Melt the butter in the pan.
  2. Add pepper and salt and fry the chopped onion, add the mushrooms and simmer over medium heat. When the brew has boiled away, you can already enjoy it
  3. My mushroom favorites are boletus and flaky-stemmed witch`s boletus. I like it best with mashed potatoes.
