- 400 g asparaus, reen
- 10 slices ham, raw
- Parmesan, grated
- Butter or clarified butter

- If necessary, peel the asparagus and cut into pieces approx. 10 cm long. Fry with butter or clarified butter in a pan over medium heat until the asparagus turns brown all over. Take the asparagus out of the pan, sprinkle with parmesan and roll approx. 5 sticks tightly into 2 slices of ham.
- If you like it salty, you should take Black Forest, with Serrano ham or Parma ham the rolls are milder.
- Put the rolls back in the pan and fry them all around until crispy. Incidentally, this also works great on the grill.
- Goes well with roasted meat with boiled potatoes as a side dish.
