Ingredients
- 1 kg sausage, (Grützwurst), fresh from the butcher
- 2 medium onion (s)
- Clove powder
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter

- Peel the groats and cut into slices, dice the onions.
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add the sausage and fry over medium heat until it has a creamy consistency. Season well.
- Serve with boiled potatoes and mustard pickles.
