- If you have large leek sticks, you should divide them.
- Bring the cleaned leek to the boil briefly in salted water, drain and allow to cool.
- Beat the egg and then bread the leek in egg and breadcrumbs. Let the frying fat melt in the pan and briefly fry the breaded leek on both sides.
- My children don`t like leek vegetables, but I have to be careful with this preparation that there is something left to eat. You can also serve boiled potatoes and schnitzel.
