- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- some white wine
- pepper
- oregano
- Parsley, chopped
- salt

- Dice the mushrooms and onions. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Put the oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms, add the onions and garlic and continue to fry. Add lemon juice and white wine and season with the spices.
