- 150 g bacon, smoked
- 2 onions)

- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Dice the onion and bacon as well. Leave the bacon in a pan. Add the potato cubes and fry gently for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through. Now add the onion cubes and fry until they have taken some color.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper, whisk, pour over the potatoes and let set.
- Lettuce tastes best with it.
