- 1 tablespoon lard, approx.
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt

- Here is my trick 17 - super trick for super crispy fried potatoes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices at least 5 mm thick. Put water in a pan and spread the slices on top. Now simmer at the highest level until the water can no longer be seen.
- Put the lard and oil on the potatoes and fry over medium heat.
- Try a slice and when it`s almost done turn up the heat and fry until the potatoes are nicely colored. Then season with salt and serve immediately.
