Fried Pumpkin

Roasted pumpkin recipe. This recipe will not leave you indifferent, the dish turns out to be very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Breadcrumbs – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Pumpkin – 150 Grams
  • Pepper – – To taste
  • Turmeric – – To taste
  • Salt – – To taste
  • Flour – 100 Grams

Directions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces, put in a saucepan and cook for five minutes. It will get a little softer, just don’t overcook.
  2. Add coriander, turmeric, pepper and salt to the flour. We add water gradually, make the dough (thick). About the consistency of thick sour cream.
  3. Dip pieces of softened pumpkin into the dough, knead everything well.
  4. Remove the pumpkin pieces from the dough and roll each piece in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in a pan or deep-fat. There should be a lot of vegetable oil.
  6. Served as a hot appetizer with ketchup or tomato sauce. It is also possible with fresh tomatoes.
