Fried Ravioli

A wonderful dish not only for lunch or dinner, but also for meeting friends, I want to suggest you make it as a variety. I present to your attention an option on how to make fried ravioli.

Cook: 30 mins

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Ravioli – 24 Pieces
  • Breadcrumbs – 1-1.5 Cups
  • Flour – 1 Glass
  • Salt and Pepper – To taste
  • Egg – 6 Pieces
  • Cream – 1/2 Cup
  • Vegetable oil – To taste (for deep fat)

Directions

  1. Prepare bread crumbs (with spices or herbs), flour, whisk eggs with cream, salt and pepper. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan or saucepan and set to heat.
  2. Dip the ravioli into the egg.
  3. Dip in flour on all sides. Then again into the egg.
  4. And in bread crumbs.
  5. Place the ravioli in very well heated oil and fry until golden brown. Then transfer to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  6. And serve with your favorite sauce.
