- 625 g flour
- 375 grams sugar
- 400 g butter
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 8 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 5 tablespoon milk
- 500 g quark, (low-fat quark)
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 pck.pudding powder, (vanilla)
- 900 g plum jam
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the pan

- Knead 250 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, 125 g of softened butter, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 1 egg into crumble and chill.
- For the batter, whip 200 g butter, 175 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in 4 eggs one after the other, mix 375 g flour and baking powder, sieve and stir into the batter alternately with the milk.
- Grease the oven`s drip pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Smooth out the dough in it, chill for approx. 1 hour.
- Beat 75 g butter and 100 g sugar until creamy, add 3 eggs one after the other, stir in the quark, sour cream and custard powder.
- Spread the plum jam on the batter, pour the quark and sour cream sauce over it and smooth it out. Spread the streusel on top of the topping, bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 175 ° / convection 150 °) for 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
