Ingredients
- 2 heads frisee salad
- 100 g flowers, edible, mixed, e.. borae, nasturtium, daisies etc.
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 3 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill

- Pluck the frisée salad into small pieces, wash the flowers carefully and shake dry. Mix the lettuce and the flowers.
- Make a dressing from lemon juice, oil, cream, salt and pepper and mix with the salad. Serve the salad immediately.
