Ingredients
- 1 kg apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 250 grams sugar
- 250 g fi (s)
- 200 g hazelnuts
- 200 g almond (s)
- 200 g raisins
- 500 g flour, or spelled flour
- 1 ½ pack baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove (s), ground
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon rum
For the cast:
- 200 g powdered suar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for glaze
- Water, warm

- Soak the apples together with 250 g of sugar overnight.
- Chop the figs, hazelnuts and almonds and soak them in a little water.
- Mix everything together the next day and form 2 loaves of bread and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes at 180 °.
- Brush with powdered sugar and lemon juice glaze.
