Fruit Salad with Celery, Pumpkin and Yogurt

The most affordable fruits are used in this salad – apple, orange, banana, kiwi. A fruit salad with celery and baked pumpkin is great. Delicious and vitamin-rich salad with yogurt.
Servings: 3
Ingredients
- Pumpkin – 1 wedge (about 300 g)
- Stalked celery – 1 stalk
- Orange – 1 pc.
- Apple – 1 pc.
- Kiwi – 1 pc.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Yogurt – 100 g
- Lemon mint – 4-5 leaves
- Lemon juice
Directions
- Bake the pumpkin in the oven at 180 degrees until tender, about 50 minutes.
- Peel the apple, orange, kiwi, and banana. Remove the thin skin from the celery with a vegetable peeler.
- Cut the banana and kiwi into approximately equal pieces.
- Cut the apple and orange into the same slices.
- Cut the celery diagonally.
- Blend the yogurt with a blender with mint leaves and pour this dressing over the fruit salad with celery. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Cut the cooled baked pumpkin into pieces and serve with fruit salad, without stirring.
