Fruit Salad with Creamy Dressing

Ingredients

1 apple, e.g. Braeburn
1 banana (s),
1 orange (s),
250 g rapes, reen, seedless

For the dressing:

Wash and pluck the grapes and place in a salad bowl. Wash the apple, cut it into pieces and add it. Peel the orange with a knife, remove the white skins and any seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the banana and cut into small slices. Finally mix the ingredients together.
For the dressing, put the yogurt and sour cream or quark in a small bowl. There is also a packet of vanilla and bourbon vanilla sugar and a teaspoon of sugar. If you like, you can omit the latter. Now stir the dressing until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.
Now the salad can be served with the dressing.
The amount is enough for 4 people as dessert, 2 people will be full for breakfast.
