Ingredients
- 600 g mixed fruit (apples, oranes, rapes, pineapples, )
- 1 lemon (s)
- 500 g mascarpone
- 300 g natural yourt, 3.5% fat
- 100 g suar
- Amaretto, to taste

- Cut the fruit into small cubes, place in a bowl and drizzle with the juice of a lemon, this will prevent the fruit from turning brown.
- Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt and sugar in a second bowl and add the amaretto to taste.
- Place one portion each of fruit salad and mascarpone cream on dessert plates.
- I got this recipe from an Italian cooking class led by an Italian.
- It is definitely not that easy in terms of calories, but it tastes delicious, light and fresh, and is very quick and easy to prepare.
