Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cup heavy cream
- 0.5 ½ cup juice (multivitamin juice)
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 dash soy sauce

- Heat the cream and multivitamin juice in equal parts in the saucepan. 1/2 cup is sufficient for 4 people. Then season with curry powder, I always add at least 2-3 teaspoons. Add a dash of soy sauce and bring to the boil briefly.
- Tastes very good with Asian spring rolls.
