Ingredients
- 300 g yourt, Greek or similar fat content
- 0.5 ½ orange (s), untreated, the zest and juice it
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 3 sprigs mint (Moroccan), the leaves it chopped
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some honey
- some green pepper (Malabar), freshly ground

- To serve the yoghurt cold, take a little more of each ingredient.
