Ingredients

  • 1 packet tortellini (with cheese filling)
  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some chili powder

Instructions

  1. Put the tortellini in boiling water, remove after 3-4 minutes and let cool. Peel the mango and cut into tortellini-sized pieces. Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves off. Now alternately prick tortellini, mango and basil on a toothpick. Put the finished skewers on a plate. Mix the oil, salt, pepper and chilli together and brush the skewers with the marinade. Put everything in the fridge (also overnight). Every now and then, spread the dripped marinade onto the skewers so that they absorb the spices well. Suitable as a summer main meal with, for example, a salad for 2 people or as a starter for about 6 people.
