Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, in water or oil
- 1 can tangerine (s), small
- 1 glass Miracel Whip, small
- 1 teaspoon mustard, mild
- 1 teaspoon curry, mild
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 sachet rice

- Boil rice, mix Miracel Whip, mustard, curry, sugar and lemon juice (if it is a bit too dry afterwards - the rice still sucks - just add a little more of the tangerine juice to the dressing), add the tuna and drained tangerines, Mix in the cooled rice and garnish with a few tangerines that have been set aside. Always a hit at a buffet.
