Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cup basmati
- 100 g natural yourt or vanilla yourt
- Compote (e.g. apricot and apple pulp)
- Fruits, fresh
- honey

- Cook the basmati rice in water until cooked. I always let the rice steep a little longer than it is stated on the package, because I like it a little softer. Drain the rice and divide it into two bowls.
- Stir in approx. 50 g yogurt per bowl (or more, if you want). Sweeten with honey if you like, but personally I leave it out.
- Now mix in the compote or the fresh, finely chopped or pureed fruits. About 2 tablespoons of compote are enough for me.
- Can also be stacked in a sealable jar and taken with you to kindergarten, school or work with the spoon.
