Then add the remaining water while kneading with the food processor. Add the grated carrots, apples and pears to the batter with the vinegar. Finally knead in the oat flakes. Put the dough in a large bread pan and put it in the cold oven. Bake the bread for about an hour at 180 - 200 ° C. After about 10-15 minutes of baking, cut into the bread lengthways 1 cm with a sharp knife. It is done if it sounds dull when you knock on it. The bread has a crispy crust and is wonderfully juicy on the inside.
