Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 100 g suar
- 1 cl Cointreau, amaretto or rum
- 1 banana (s), mashed
- 250 g quark
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cremefine, whipped until half-stiff

- Clean and chop the strawberries, keep 4 beautiful strawberries with green. Mix the strawberry pieces with sugar and alcohol and let steep.
- Mix the mashed banana with the quark, carefully fold in the whipped cream and mix with the strawberry pieces.
- Pour the cream into four tall glasses, decorate with a strawberry each and serve.
- Note: When children eat with me, I always take some strawberry pieces off and sugar-free them without alcohol.
