Ingredients
- 4 cl ouzo
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 4 cl syrup (mint syrup)
- 1 stalk peppermint
- 1 glass crushed ice
- 3 ice cubes

- Put the ouzo, lemon juice, ice cubes and mint syrup in the cocktail shaker and shake well for about 30 seconds. The ice cubes must be almost completely melted.
- Now fill a tall glass with crushed ice and pour the cocktail over it. Finally, tap the peppermint stalk a little with the palm of your hand. Thus the essential oils are released. Place the stem in the drink as a garnish.
- The ouzo turns milky when it comes into contact with water and, with the lemon juice, turns white to greyish in color. They are supposed to represent the colors of the Starks. The taste of anise and mint is also reminiscent of the cool winds of winter. Enjoy this cocktail in the last days of summer.
