Garlic Bread Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

  • bread – 450 g
  • bulb
  • clove of garlic
  • celery stalk
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • basil – 5 leaves
  • tomato paste – 1 l
  • mozzarella – 400 g
  • pinch of sugar
  • salt
  • vegetable broth
  • grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, carrot, celery, basil. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and finely chop. Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and lightly fry the garlic, onion, carrot, celery.
  2. Add tomato paste, basil, sugar, salt, and simmer covered over low heat for 40 minutes.
  3. Form a crust on the bread. Coarsely chop the mozzarella.
  4. Put a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of bread in a baking dish. Pour in two ladles of broth. A layer of tomato sauce. The layer of mozzarella. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
    Repeat the layers.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
