  • 500 ml tartar sauce
  • 1 garlic bulb (Chinese)

Instructions

  1. First, rub the cheese completely through with the grater. I take the fine cheese grater, then it will be nice and spreadable.
  2. In the 2nd step you press the whole garlic bulb through the garlic press and add the garlic to the cheese. Then add the whole bottle of tartar sauce. Mix everything together until the cheese and tartar sauce are nicely mixed.
  3. The garlic cheese is ready and can be served immediately. Tastes as a side dish to potatoes or meat - whether fried or grilled. Also suitable for gratinating.
