Instructions

  1. Put the quark and créme fraiche in a bowl. Peel the garlic, put through the press into the bowl and stir in with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash and dry tomatoes, cut out the stems and cut tomatoes into small cubes. Rinse the chives with cold water, pat dry and cut into fine rolls.
  3. Mix the diced tomatoes and chives with the quark and season the dip again with the spices.
