- Put the quark and créme fraiche in a bowl. Peel the garlic, put through the press into the bowl and stir in with salt and pepper.
- Wash and dry tomatoes, cut out the stems and cut tomatoes into small cubes. Rinse the chives with cold water, pat dry and cut into fine rolls.
- Mix the diced tomatoes and chives with the quark and season the dip again with the spices.
