  • 5 bulbs garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme, dried
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 125 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoon herb vinegar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic bulbs. Puree with the parsley, thyme and bay leaves in a blender, or better still in the food processor, and let the oil run in. Season with vinegar and salt.
  2. Fill into glasses and let steep in the refrigerator for 1 week so that the aroma can develop.
  3. I use the garlic mouse to season sauces, herb butter and everything that garlic should be on. You save yourself peeling every time.
  4. Friends also like to eat it as a spread, but that`s too hard for me.
  5. It is also a nice gift from the kitchen.
