Ingredients
- 500 g quark, lean
- 200 g sour cream
- 125 g mayonnaise
- 2 pack herbs, frozen (8-herb mixture)
- 2 large lemon (s), juice from them
- 8 clove (s) garlic
- salt and pepper

- Mix together low-fat quark, sour cream and mayonnaise. Squeeze the garlic with the lemon juice and stir in the herb mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- It tastes particularly good if you prepare the sauce a day in advance, then it can go through well.
