Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 2 clove (s) garlic, crushed
- 2 small egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 150 ml milk
- Herbs, chopped, your choice
- possibly chilli pepper (s), cut into pieces
- possibly fat for the mold

- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Grease the muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and mix the moist ingredients in a second bowl. Now put the ingredients together and mix them briefly.
- Fill into the muffin tin or paper case and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Tip: Sprinkle some grated cheese (Parmesan) over the muffins before baking.
- Note: They give off a lovely smell - well, lovely for those who like garlic. The amount of garlic can also be increased further.
