- 600 g potato (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 50 g parmesan, freshly rated

- Wash, boil and peel the potatoes. Cut into quarters.
- In a bowl, season with olive oil, parsley, crushed garlic, salt and pepper and mix.
- Heat in the microwave (at 800 watts approx. 5 minutes) and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Delicious as a side dish to pan-fried food.
