Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (buttermilk quark, alternatively low-fat quark)
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 0.75 ¾ cucumber (s)
  • 300 g tomato (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Peel, core and dice the cucumber. Quarter, core and dice tomatoes. Clean and chop the peppers. Chop the clove of garlic and fold into the quark with the diced vegetables. Clean the spring onions, cut into fine rings and sprinkle over the quark.
  2. Jacket potatoes or boiled potatoes go well with it.
