- This sponge cake can be baked while the visitor takes off his shoes and hangs up his jacket.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Beat the eggs with the mixer until frothy, gradually adding the sugar, the oil and the flour mixed with the baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased pie crust or springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
