Ingredients
For the batter:
- 200 g suar
- 150 g butter
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 3 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
For the topping:
- 100 g shortbread (s), chopped
- 100 g block chocolate, rated
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 250 g coconut fat
- 2 egg (s)
- 6 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoon baking cocoa

- Use the ingredients for the batter to make a batter. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Do the chopsticks test. Let the cake cool down.
- Melt the coconut oil for the topping. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix everything well. Spread on the cake and let cool.
