Ingredients

  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • 0.5 ½ ring / s meat sausage
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • some flour for a roux
  • some butter
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • some ketchup
  • Salt and pepper, possibly

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, also cut the meat sausage into small cubes. Fry both in a saucepan and then set aside in a bowl.
  2. Now prepare the roux: Melt the butter in the saucepan until small bubbles form, take the saucepan off the stove. Now stir some flour into the butter until it has a creamy consistency. Put the pot back on the stove and wait until the bubbles form again and stir in the tomatoes. Then bring the milk and everything to the boil a little (be careful not to let it burn!).
  3. Then stir in the onion and sausage. Finally, refine the whole thing with ketchup to taste and, if necessary, add salt and pepper. Serve the whole thing with pasta.
  4. My kids love to eat this sauce - it`s quick and easy!
