- 1 liter water, or mineral water
- 5 cm ginger root
- 4 cl lemon juice or orange juice
- 2 teaspoons honey (fennel)
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper (Szechuan)
