Gingerbread Cookie

A very interesting gingerbread cookie with an incredible aroma.
Ingredients
- Flour – 1.5 cups
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Fresh ginger, grated – 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
- Ground cloves – 1 pinch
- Butter – 100 g
- Granulated sugar – 100-150 g (depending on your love for sweets)
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Piece of dark chocolate
Directions
- Add cinnamon and cloves to the grated ginger. Mix flour with baking powder. Rub the butter with sugar and egg. They don’t like my sweets very much, so I took a little sugar. Add spices and add flour little by little.
- Knead the not steep dough. We roll it out to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out the figures and put them on a greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with coarse granulated sugar on top of the cookies. We bake gingerbread cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Rub the chocolate on a fine grater on an even hot cookie.
- The gingerbread cookie is ready.
